Kelly Jost, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Kelly is a board- certified Family Nurse practitioner with over 8 years in the health care field, ranging from the Emergency Room, to the Arapahoe County Jail. She enjoys getting to know each person under her care individually and offering unique solutions to their health care needs. She truly believes in reducing the use of medication and instead relying on the body’s natural ability to heal and mend itself. She has had family members experience the wonders of regenerative medicine first hand, and seen the incredible results it can achieve.

She graduated with her Master of Science (MSN) degree from University of Colorado- Colorado Springs and her undergraduate at Denver College of Nursing. She is an active member of the Colorado Society of Advanced Practice Nurses (SIG 30).  
Kelly is a Colorado native, and knows the community very well. In her free time, she enjoys music, traveling, and relaxing with her significant other and golden retriever, Riley. 

Dr. J. Selano, DC, CME

Dr. Selano is a licensed chiropractor in both Colorado and Georgia.   He graduated with honors in 1993 from Life University in Marietta, GA where he practiced for 25 years.  Dr. Selano is also a certified medical examiner on the DOT registry where he can perform CDL physicals and drug testing.  In his spare time he enjoys spending time fishing, woodworking and singing with his Barbershop quartet Storm Front.

Dr. Selano has been married for 34 years to his wife Mary and has three children:  Julian, who received his Masters in Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Georgia, Camille, who has her masters in Toxicology and works in Ft. Collins Colorado for the Animal Friends Alliance.  And Annabelle who is finishing 12th grade at Grandview HS in Aurora and soon heading off to UCCS.    Having moved to Colorado in the fall of 2017 Dr. Selano and his family are enjoying their new home in the Rocky Mountains.

Kesney Faubion

With a degree in holistic health sciences, Kesney brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to the day-to-day hustle and bustle of the clinic. She is passionate about being a part of an environment where the patients truly feel like family and are treated as such. She is passionate about music and art, and spends a large majority of her time preparing for regional contests with her female quartet, Adrenaline. She resides in Highlands Ranch with her sweet tabby, Sadie and her Betta Fish, Neptune.
